Refund Policy
LetterLotus offers a 10-day money-back guarantee on every letter purchase. If you are not satisfied with your letter for any reason, you may request a full refund within 10 calendar days of your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@letterlotus.com from the same address you used at checkout. Include:
- The email address you used at checkout
- The approximate date of your purchase
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for us)
We typically respond within one business day. You do not need to return or delete anything — your refund request stands on its own.
Conditions
- Window: Requests must be received within 10 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Eligibility: All paid letter purchases are eligible. There is no requirement that the letter remain unused or undownloaded.
- Amount: Refunds are for the full purchase amount.
- Method:Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Beyond the 10-Day Window
After 10 calendar days, refunds are at our discretion. You retain any chargeback rights provided by your card issuer regardless of this policy; those rights are governed by your card network's rules, not by LetterLotus.
